What does a successful Account Manager look like?

By leading a small team (yes, this is a management position!) of Amazon Specialists, you forge your own path to deliver growth to our clients. Each client is different, and each has different needs. It’s up to you to communicate with them and decide how you can help their business grow. Success requires understanding the client and allowing your team to step up and deliver on our promises. While they know you have a great knowledge base, the agency has an amazing team who is prepared to step in and help keep the risk of client disappointment low.

Still interested, here is what is required.

You must have at least 1 year of Amazon Seller Central experience. Everything from flat files to filing cases, reinstatements to brand registry, and SEO and PPC is just the beginning. You really have to know Seller Central inside and out, though you don’t have to be an expert at everything. And if you have prior Amazon agency experience, let us know.

Just as importantly, you must be excited about speaking with our clients. You will be the face of of the agency for many clients, and they will depend on you to help them make sense of the crazy world that is selling on Amazon.
